Full Core Plywood Production Process | Strict Raw Material Selection & Quality Control

High-quality plywood starts with careful raw material management.
We store veneers in dedicated warehouses, and every veneer is manually inspected and sorted before production.
We adopt the full core joint process, then send the semi-finished boards to the curing workshop for proper conditioning.
After curing, panels go through gluing, laying up, cold pressing and secondary curing.Next, veneer facing is applied, followed by hot pressing.
We trim edges to standard sizes, then store finished boards for final curing before packing and delivery.
Every production step is traceable to guarantee flat, stable and durable plywood ideal for furniture making.
