Plywood Veneer Laying Process In Our Workshop
Veneer laying is an essential working procedure before hot pressing for plywood. The arrangement of veneers directly affects plywood flatness, structural stability and anti-deformation performance.
In our laying workshop, workers arrange poplar veneer, eucalyptus veneer strictly following cross-grain laying standards. Cross arrangement can effectively balance internal stress, greatly reducing the risk of warping and cracking of finished plywood.
We control veneer quality during laying process, removing defective veneers to guarantee consistent quality of each plywood sheet.
After veneer assembly, the boards will be delivered to the hot press workshop for further processing.
We produce full range plywood, including commercial plywood, marine plywood, melamine plywood, flame retardant plywood. Standard 4ft×8ft size, thickness from 3mm to 30mm, custom specifications are acceptable.
